(Nov. 8, 2009) -- Last night (Nov. 7), the U.S. House of Representatives' narrowly passed a bill (HR 3962, the "Affordable Health Care for America Act") that if it becomes law in its current form will impact the way Americans pay for health insurance, including mandates enforced by the federal government, and whatever health care they'll receive as a result.
