The City Council adjourned its Sept. 19 meeting (on motion of Councilman Patrick O'Donnell) in honor of longtime Los Altos resident Lois Clark, who has passed away. Mrs. Clark was known to countless LB residents as the wife of retired LB Mayor/multi-term Councilman and current LBCC trustee Dr. Tom Clark. Vice Mayor Bonnie Lowenthal and Mayor Bob Foster joined in expressing their condolences and those of the entire City to Dr. Clark and his family.
