LBPD says suspect Tauch, who allegedly fired into a group that included the victim, is described as a male Cambodian, 5’9," 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also goes by the names of Kun Tauch and Kunlyna Tauch. LBPD asks anyone with information regarding suspect Tauch’s whereabouts to contact LBPD Homicide Detectives Russ Moss or Terri Hubert at (562) 570-7244.
