Gonzalez killed in Committee (Jan 2020) SB 640, a bill that would have compassionately allowed interventions to help gravely mentlly ill homeless persons,

She's now co-authored SB 9 that would override local control and require cities to allow (except for historic districts) at least 4 housing units on single family lots with no add'l parking if within half mile walk from frequent public transit (includes buses) and supports SB 10 that with Council approval would allow up to 10 dwelling units on single family lots with no CEQA oversight and same ban on add'l parking.
