In preliminary information, LBPD Public Information Officer Jennifer De Prez told LBREPORT.com that LBPD and LBFD responded but the shooting. At 12:40 p.m., LBPD PIO Shaunna Dandoy confirmed that the shooting was a drive-shooting but said it hasn't been determined at this point to be gang-related. PIO De Prez said the motive for the shooting is currently unknown and LBPD's investigation is ongoing.
