CAVEAT: (LA County study indicates number with antibodies may be roughly 40 times higher (coverage here) and LB still doesn't offer routinely available tests for people without symptoms.)
Two more deaths, death toll now 31 (up from 29 Saturday), 25 associated with 8 LB long-term care facilities
