(April 20, 2020, 2:50 a.m.) -- In the midnight hour and beyond on Monday morning April 20, LBPD officers were actively investigating a bizarre incident in which a man reportedly armed with possible long guns shot at a building in the 200 block of E. Market St. (west of Atlantic Ave. near Locust Ave.)

Overnight Watch Commander Lt. G. Brown told LBREPORT.com offices were sent to the location at about 11:48 p.m. on Sunday night April 19. He said a called indicated the man with the long guns was pulling a wagon of some type. Lt Brown said officers located casings and confirmed one building was hit. He didn't have details immediately available on type of long gun(s) or the caliber of the casings.
