(Aug. 27, 2020) -- Cindy Allen's campaign has issued a release listing multiple current and former elected officials that have endorsed her in seeking the 2nd district Council seat.. .

The action comes shortly after Reform Ticket 2nd district Council candidate Robert Fox announced the endorsements of the grassroos 2nd district parking advocacy group "Transportation and Parking Solutions" and the HONOR PAC (LGBTQ+ Latinx advocacy group),

Ns, Allen's release indicates her endorsers now include:

  • Former Mayor Beverly O'Neill
  • Former Mayor Bob Foster
  • Incumbent Mayor Robert Garcia
  • State Senator Lena Gonzalez
  • Assemblyman Patrick O'Donnell
  • L.A. County Supervisor Janice Hahn
  • L.A. County Assessor Jeffrey Prang
  • Long Beach Councilmembers Rex Richardson, Roberto Uranga, Mary Zendejas, Suzie Price, Dee Andrews, Stacy Mungo, Jeannine Pearce
  • LBUSD School Board members Dr. Juan Benitez and Megan Kerr
  • LBCC Trustees Vivian Malauulu, Doug Otto, Sunny Zia
  • Water Replenishment District Director John Allen
