Dec. 6: Man Walking In Wrigley District Is Shot/Wounded, Area 20th/San Francisco (7th Dist.)

(Dec. 7, 2018) -- A man (adult) walking in the Wrigley district along 20th St. near San Francisco Ave. (7th dist.) was shot/wounded last night.

Initial information is sketchy. LBPD overnight Watch Commander Lt. Gerry Prieto tells LBREPORT.com that officers responded to the 900 block of W. 20th St. when he was hit by gunfire shortly before 9 p.m. The victim suffered what's described as a non-life-threatening wounded. As of 1 a.m., officers were at the crime scene investigating the shooting and had no immediate suspect information.
