LBPD Watch Commander Lt. Megan Zabel tells LBREPORT.com that at roughly 6:14 p.m. on Tuesday Feb. 19, officers were sent to the 200 block of east Artesia Blvd. (west of L.A. river, east of LB Blvd.) regarding a possible shooting and found a man (adult) struck by gunfire.
