(February 6, 2021, 1;05 p.m..) -- A man (adult) says he was shot in the 1500 block of Henderson Ave. (CD1, a block east of Magnolia) but police say they found no casings at the location and he was uncooperative in their investigation.

LBPD Public Information Officer Arantxa Chavarria says that on Feb, 6 at about 12:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of 17th St/Temple Avenue regarding a hit shooting, and a relative of the victim said he'd self-transported to a hospital.

Officers responded to the hospital and contacted him, but "he refused to cooperate with the investigation but claimed the shooting happened in the 1500 block of Henderson Avenue. No crime scene was located at either of the locations." .
