Its port, attractions and businesses support thousands of jobs and generate billions of dollars of revenue. We believe that no one is more qualified to oversee the vital resources and needs of our second largest city than Bob Foster.
His experience as President of one of Californiaís largest corporations and his commitment to social progress will make Bob Foster a '21st Century mayor for a 21st Century city'. Long Beach faces many challenges in these turbulent times. Fosterís experience and hands-on approach is just what this city needs."

The LACDP is committed to mobilizing its professional resources and grassroots activists to help ensure Bob Fosterís election as mayor. With more than 100,000 Democrats in Long Beach, and two million throughout Los Angeles County, the Democratic Party endorsement is one of the most desirable endorsements in any election.
