Man Is Shot/Wounded In Midnight Hour, 900 block MLK (1st dist.)

(Jan. 15, 2019, 2:40 a.m.) -- A man (adult) was shot and wounded in the midnight hour Tuesday (Jan. 15) in the 900 block of MLK Ave. in LB's 1st Council district (Gonzalez).

LBPD overnight Watch Commander Lt. Gerry Prieto tells LBREPORT.com (initial information) that at about 12:45 a.m. officers responded to the 900 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. to a shooting that had just occurred. They found a man (adult) with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. There's no immediate suspect information and LBPD's investigation is ongoing.
