(January 22, 2021, :5:25 a.m.) -- The offices of Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia and City Manager Tom Modica have failed to provide a response to a Jan,21 request by LRERPORT>com (media outlet now in our 21st year) seeking to learn the number of persons currently on the City's VaxLB COVID-19 "waiting list(s)" and in particular the number of individuals aged 65-74 (CDC indicated for priority vaccinations.)

LBREPORT.com made our request to their respective offices (Manager via management's Joint Information Center) on Jan. 21 at 1:28 p.m.

Mayor Garcia and Manager Modica also failed to respond to our request for a summation of the federal and state officials with whom the Mayor and City Manager have communicated (by phone, email or letter) within the past seven days to increase the vaccine supply in Long Beach, and their summarized responses,

We souught a response by 5 p.m. Jan 21. We allowed an extra twelve hours until 5 a.m. Jan 22 prior to publishing this update. [Scroll down for further]
