(July 21, 2019, 5:45 p.m.) -- Where was Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia when outside gunfire in the area of 10th St./Alamitos Ave. sent a bullet into a woman's house and killed her, and Central LB had another homicide? He was in Iowa, campaigning (and Tweeting with Presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris. His Tweets below via his "personal" (non-City) Twitter page:
