(July 28, 2019, 7:15 p.m.) -- LBPD responded in force when a calling party reported that a man shot at another man in the area of Lime Ave./PCH on Sunday afternoon...but didn't find a victim or evidence of a shooting.

LBPD Public Information Officer Shaunna Dandoy tells LBREPORT.com that at about 4:20 p.m., officers were sent to the area of PCH/Lime regarding a shooting and contacted the calling part who said a man shot at another man and fled.

With no victim(s) located and no evidence of a shooting, LBREPORT.com is withholding (for now) counting this as LB's 45th shooting crime scene since May 7.
