Those speaking at the event included Mayor Robert Garcia and LBFD Chief Xavier Espino.
Among those in the audience were Vice Mayor Dee Andrews, Councilmembers Daryl Supernaw and Roberto Uranga, City Attorney Charles Parkin, City Manager Pat West and LBPD Chief Robert Luna. The office of L.A. County Supervisor Janice Hahn was represented by Herlinda Chico. [Not a complete list, our apologies for omissions, unintended.]
