(June 4, 2020) -- Video has surfaced on Instragram providing context for what was taking place at what appearfs to be the time and place where a man stood with a child on his shoulders as LBPD officers were firing "less than lethal" (but injurious) rounds in dowmtown Long Beach.

The exact time when the video was shot isn't indicated but appers to have occurred after looting broke out st th Pike (following a large peaceful march earlier.) The looting moved from bsuinesses at the Pike (south of Ocean Blvd.) into areas north of Ocean Blvd. in parts of downtown Long Beach.
