(June 11, 2021, 8:40 p.m.) -- In the fourth NLB shooting (CD 9/Richardson) within a week, a woman was shot/wounded on Friday night (June 11) in the Grant neighborhood (north of South St. between Cherry and Orange Aves.)

LBPD Watch Commander Eric Hooker says that at about 6 p.m., officers were sent to the 1200 block of Hungerford St regarding a shooting that had just occurred. Officers found a woman (adult) suffering from a gunshot wound. LBFD transported her to a hospital where she's listed in stable condition. Detectives responded to the scene and LBPD's investigation is ongoing.
