The March 22 memo, personally intialed by the Mayor, says her June '03 correspondence "was rescinded the next day, and the loobyist in Washington for the City of Long Beach was asked to notify Senator Feinstein's office that this letter had been sent in error. No furter action was taken by this office or the Senator's office; any conversation on the LNG plant was preliminary and needed further review and input."
