(Mar. 31, 2019, 12:20 a.m., updated 6:05 a.m.) -- Budweiser brewing's iconic Clydesdale horse team (and accompanying beer wagon) paid a visit to Long Beach's Belmont Shore on Satuday March 30.

LBREPORT.com reader Tom Stout intercepted the team's semi-trailers as they arrived on Second Street, followed them as they turned south (with some difficulty) onto Granada Ave., headed eastward on Ocean Blvd. and assembled in a shoreline lot. That's where Mr. Stout captured up-close views of the giant horses and their preparations for a 2nd St. crowd.

Mr. Stout shared his photos with LBREPORT.com and we're pleased to share them with you. Enjoy.

The arrival of the semi-trailers caught the attention of 2nd St. strollers.

Thank you, Mr. Stout.

Ben Goldberg was among the 2nd St. crowd and captured this video:

And Justin Rudd was part of the action.
