When LBREPORT.com asked the City's Joint Information Center about the Queen Mary, it referred us to the City's operator/lessee Urban Commons. Last night (March 25), LBREPORT.com asked an Urban Commons spokesperson, Fred Hulls, about this via email. Response pending. Further as we learn it.
