(May 13, 2020, 6:45 a.m.) -- The City's latest COVID-19 update (snapshot as of 12:01 a.m. May 12) reflects three more Long Beach deaths (bringing LB's death toll to 48.) Two of three deaths were associated with LB long term care facilities.

984 LB residents (up from 953) have tested positive to date for the COVID-19 virus. Roughly 639 have recovered.

49 LB residents are currently hospitalized (down one from yesterday, daily figure between 40-50 in recent weeks.)
