(May 19, 2021 1:35 a.m.) -- In a brazen broad daylight shooting in the middle of a major WLB thoroughfare, 3 men (adults) exited a vehicle in the 1400 block of Santa Fe Ave. (a block north of Anaheim St., CD 1/Zendejas) and opened fire on two men (adults) walking on the sidewalk.

LBPD Watch Commander Lt. Timothy Long says the shooting occurred in the 2 p.m hour; the suspects used a hand gun; the victims weren't struck; the suspects got back in their car and fled the scene.
