(November 27, 2018) -- A woman was trapped, rescued but succumbed to her injuries, with her husband was taken to a hospital and reported in moderate condition, in the wake of a Belmont Shore area apartment fire.
In initial information, LBFD states in a Tweeted message that at 11:28 p.m. on Monday Nov. 26, LBFD arrived at an apartment complex on 38th Place with heavy fire reported from an involved unit with a person trapped. LBFD rescued the patient...who didn't survive. Her husband was transported to a hospital in moderate condition. Further details as confirmed.
