(November 28, 2019, 1:50 p.m.) -- Defying a rain storm, over 1,000 runners/walkers turned out shortly after Thanksgiving Day dawn today (Nov. 28) for Justin Rudd's 17th annual annual "Turkey Trot," a charitable fundraiser to benefit Mr. Rudd's non-profit (501(c)(3)) charitable Community Action Team. (Initial rough estimate by Mr. Rudd: about 1,500 ran or walked; about 3,000 signed up [and thus supported the event's charitable efforts]; About 100 volunteers provided event support.)
