(November 28, 2020, 12:00 p.m.) -- In addition to two confirmed Central LB shootings yesterday (Nov. 27) plus a shooting at a location currently uncertain (LBREPORT.com coverage here), Long Beach's Wrigley district had a shooting in which rounds struck a building (with casings found but not persons hit) in the area south of Spring St. between LB Blvd. and Veterans Park (CD6.).

LBPD Public Information Officer Allison Gallagher tells LBREPORT.com that on Nov. 27 at about 8:55 pm, officers responded to the 200 block of E. 29th Street regarding a shots call. Officers found evidence, including bullet casings and a building struck by gunfire by unknown suspect(s) fired shots and fled the scene.

Motive unknown; suspects unknown; investigation ongoing. .
