(Nov. 6, 2021, 10:55 a.m.) -- A man (adult) was shot/wounded while he says he was walking in the area of South St./Myrtle Ave. (CD 8/CD border).

LBPD Public Information Officer Allison Gallagher says that on Nov. 4 at about 10:58 p.m., officers were sent to a local hospital regarding a shooting victim. They contact the male victim who said he was walking in the area of Myrtle/South when he heard a gunshot and realized he'd been hit by gunfire.

He sustained a non-life-threatening injury. Officers coudn't find the exact crime scene amdsuspect information and motive are unknown. .
