(Nov. 2, 2021) -- With CDC "emergency use" approval earlier today (Nov. 2), the City of Long Beach will begin offering COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5-11. It will be a lower dose of the Pfizer vaccine than offered to those 12+ but will also require a two-dose course with 21 days between frst and second doses. Those under 18 require parental consen.
