Tale of Two Cities: See These Two Maps, That City Mgm't Quietly Showed To Mayor/Council, Showing Locations Of Graffiti And Illegal Trash Dumping. What Do These Maps Tell You?

(Oct. 23, 2015, 8:35 a.m.) -- On October 5, 2018, city management provided the Mayor and City Council with the two maps LBREPORT.com shows you below.

The first map shows locations where graffiti was reported and responded to (removed and/or forwarded to the appropriate agency for abatement (Code Enforcement, Caltrans, L.A. County Schools, RRs.) between Oct. 1, 2017 and August 31, 2018.

The second map shows locations of illegal dumping (based on customer care/billing/field activity records Dec. 2015-Sept. 2017 and code enforcement violations Jan. 2016-Nov. 2017.)
