(Oct. 14, 2020, 12:45 p.m.) -- A man was shot/wounded at midevening Oct. 13 in the 6000 block of Obispo Ave. (north of South St. between Paramount and Downey Aves., south of Ramona Park.)

LBPD Public Information Officer Brandon Fahey says the 35 year old victim (a man/adult) was standing outside when a man (adult) approached him, shot him and fled the area.

LBPD says a motive for the shooting is unknown and the investigation is ongoing.
