(Oct. 7, 2020, 2:07 p.m.) -- A man was shot/woounded this morning (Oct. 7) after two suspects attempted to carjack him near the 2000 block of San Gabriel Ave. (7th district/Uranga, far west area of LB next to TI freeway, two blocks north of PCH.)

LHPD Public Information Officer Brandon Fahey says that after a failed carjacking at about 3:05 a.m., the two suspects (men/adults) shot at the victim, who drove away.
