"The actual cost of the Build Back Better Act is $0.00, not $3.5 trillion. The legislation will be paid for by taxing the wealthiest & corporations so we fund the needs of working families."

Cong. Lowenthal's statement was swiftly retweeted by Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia.
