F&M Bank (Anaheim St. Branch) Robbed Shortly Before Closing Time, Weds. Afternoon

(Aug. 3, 2017, 6:45 a.m.) -- The Farmers & Merchants Bank Branch at 3140 E. Anaheim St. was robbed shortly before closing time on Wednesday afternoon Aug. 2.

LBPD Public Information Officer Sgt. James Johnson tells LBREPORT.com that at roughly 4:50 p.m. Aug. 2., officers were dispatched to the location and learned that a man (adult) entered the branch, demanded money and took off with a currently unknown amount of money.

No gun was seen and it's not immediately known if the suspect was armed or not. No physical injuries were reported.

LBPD Robbery Detectives responded and the the FBI responded. Further as we learn it.
