Christmas Night Collision 2nd St./Ravenna Involves Vehicle and Pedestrian; Pedestrian Is Critically Injured

(Dec. 26, 2014, 12:25 p.m.) -- A Christmas night collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian occurred at 2nd St./Ravenna Drive.

LBPD Public Information Officer Sgt. Brad Johnson tells LBREPORT.com at midmorning today (Dec. 26) that the pedestrian was transported to a hospital and is in critical condition.

PIO Johnson says the vehicle's driver remained at the scene after the collision occurred and waited for authorities.

LBPD's Collision Investigation detailed responded and conducted an investigation.

Second St./Ravenna and the bridge were closed until roughly 12:48 a.m. Dec. 26.
