(Jan. 19, 2015, updated 6:45 a.m.) -- LBREPORT.com has updated information now regarding the two fires (or possibly reignition of the first) at hit Hof's Hut in Bixby Knolls.
One blaze on Sunday night (Jan. 18) in the 9 p.m. hour had a relatively quick knockdown (flames visible through the roof resulted from the fire's containment to the kitchen hood system)...but it was followed by a second fire -- or possible reignition of the first -- a few hours later, spotted by a passerby; the second blaze had time to grow, went to a second alarm, took longer to knock down and did considerably more damage.

LBFD says both blazes are under investigation...and at dawn investigators are challenged by access issues (ensuring the structure is safe to enter and inspect.)
The second fire left one firefighter with minor injuries (he's described as doing fine.)
LBREPORT.com will update this story with further as we learn it.
