LB Group of L.A. Chapter of Sierra Club Endorses Garcia, Marchese, Schipske & Johnson
(March 31, 2010) -- The Long Beach group of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Sierra Club has released its endorsements in the current election cycle. They are:
1st dist. Councilman Robert Garcia
3rd dist: Tom Marchese
5th dist: Councilwoman Gerrie Schipske
7th dist: James Johnson
9th dist: No endorsement
The group says it has over 2,500 members and encompasses Cerritos, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood, Long Beach, Los Alamitos, Signal Hill and Seal Beach.
