(March 29, 2015) -- As reported FIRST on LBREPORT.com's Big News Sunday (weekly news program at this link), LBREPORT.com has learned that Eric Gray, a very visible downtown booster, plans to seek LB’s 2nd dist. Council seat in 2016.

Mr. Gray has, among other things, bylined op-eds in various places, including LBREPORT.com, touting LB's downtown. He's part of the leadership of the Downtown Residential Council, an umbrella group for six downtown area groups and was a strong supporter of Robert Garcia's 2014 Mayoral bid.
