(Mar. 18, 2016) -- The Rock Club / Music the Remedy, a Long Beach based non-profit that supports veterans and at risk youth, will hold its 3rd annual "License to Rock" on Sunday Mar. 20 from 2-5 p.m. at Tracy's Bar & Grill, 5511 E. Spring St. (just east of Bellflower Blvd.)

The group's event webpage promises "A wonderful Sunday afternoon with live music, auction items and raffle items. Items from some great community partners like Polly Pies on Atlantic Ave and Melinda McCoys Flowers on Atlantic Ave. Free to attend and donations are accepted. Live music includes our own Rock For Vets band, music from Manny Lagod and the Kolohes and the effervescent Blue Coral jazz group."

There's no cover charge...and in addition to the music, there'll be a raffle and silent auction prizes...with all proceeds going back to the Rock for Vets Music program.
