LBPD Says This Man Is A "Person Of Interest" Wanted For Questioning Re 9th/Locust Murder of Mother And Her 4 Year Old Daughter

(Sept. 19, 2016) -- At a midafternoon Sept. 19 news conference, LBPD released surveillance video (linked below) from which the screen-save photos below are taken -- showing a man LBPD considers a "person of interest" wanted for questioning in its investigation of the Aug. 6 9th/Locust murder of a mother and her four year old daughter.

There's a reward totaling $40,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for these horrific murders. LBPD believes the person of interest may have left the area and/or California.
