(June 29, 2020. 11:55 p.m.) -- Early initial information via LBPD Watch Commander Lt. Robert Bersen:

At about 9:01 p.m. (June 29) LBPD received a report of gunfire at the corner of Orange/South. (Call taker could hear shots being fired). Officers found three persons shot, all of whom attending a vigil for the man shot to death at the location 24 hours earlier (LBREPORT.com coverage here.) .

Three women were struck by the gunfire. One of the women was transported to a hospital in critical condition and was pronounced deceased. A second woman was last reported in critical condition, and a third woman was transported in stable condition.
