(Nov. 28, 2018) --LBPD today (Nov. 28) released the composite sketch below of the suspect sought in the July 21, 2018 murder of Fred Taft in ELB's Pan American Park.
A $30,000 reward remains in place (LB City Council = $20,000 + L.A. County Bd of Supervisor = $10,000) for information leading to the apprehension and/or conviction of the person(s) responsible for Mr. Taft's murder. The suspect is described as a white male in his 50's, 6 feet tall, with a medium build, and possibly wearing dark shirt, light shorts, and a hat Detectives strongly urge anyone with information regarding this murder to contact LBPD Homicide Detectives Michael Hubbard and Adrian Garcia at (562) 570-7244.
