Panama Joe's: Owner Submits Written Response To City Staff/LBPD-Recommended Denial Of Permit for Entertainment w/ Dancing

(July 22, 2012) -- In response to a city staff recommended denial of its request for a permit for entertainment with dancing, the ownership of Panama Joe's, 5100 E. 2nd St. in Belmont Shore) has submitted written material in advance of a July 24 City Council hearing on the issue.

A letter addressed to members of the City Council and the Mayor, signed by Ron Newman (one of the owners, states:
