(December 28, 2002) -- The sun was shining; it was 62 degrees...and Whaley Park had snow.

LB's Dept. of Parks & Rec. brought snow to the ELB park (Atherton St. east of Bellflower Blvd.). Two snow ramps and metal saucers for kiddie thrill seekers were a hit.
