(Dec. 3, 2006) -- In New York City it was in the low 40s (wind chill making it feel like the upper 30s) and in Chicago it was 17 degrees (with wind chill down to 3 degrees above zero)...while Long Beach had 75 degrees and sunshine with Snow in Bixby Knolls.
Kids with their parents in tow enjoyed the annual event which brought 30 tons of manmade snow to Atlantic Ave. on Sunday, Dec. 3, organized by the Bixby Knolls Improvement Association.
