Impromptu Memorial to Ski Demski Springs Up at "The Pole" (4th & Lime)
 (January 20, 2002) -- As his giant flag flew at half staff, and word spread that LB's lovable flagwaver and irreplaceable icon Thomas "Ski" Demski passed away yesterday (our coverage at: Taps For "Ski" Demski), an impromptu memorial sprang up at "The Pole" at 4th and Lime.One visitor decorated Mr. Demski's statute with an American flag. Others left candles, notes and wishes.
