(July 1, 2002) -- An armed robbery to a driver took place in WLB last night in the 2300 block of Fashion Ave. in the 7th Council district.

LBPD reports the victim and a passenger were southbound on Fashion Ave. and pulled to the curb; the suspects' vehicle pulled alongside; a suspect got out, approached the victim/driver demanded his wallet at gunpoint and got it.

Police describe the suspects as two to three male blacks and say they sped off in a small gray vehicle.
