(March 23, 2003) -- At roughly 9:25 p.m. on March 22, LBPD reports finding the dead body of a woman in a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of Werner Ave. (1 block north of Anaheim St., near Orange Ave., area west of MacArthur Park) in the 6th Council district.

Investigators believe her death is a homicide...and LBPD is investigating with the L.A. County Coroner's office.
