(March 3, 2006) -- As of 4:25 p.m., seventeen residents of LB's 2d Council district had "pulled papers" (requested papers from the City Clerk's office) which must be completed to make them bona fide ballot-listed candidates for the June 6 special election to fill the 2d district Council seat vacated by Dan Baker. We list them below.
The names below are potential candidates until they return the paperwork properly completed, due on or before March 10. Some of the individuals may ultimately choose not do so...and there could be others who pull papers. The period doesn't until March 10.
